This policy statement is issued by Ron Thomson and Laird-of-Jura.com to describe how we treat any information received about you. For ease it is split into a number of areas but the following general statement applies throughout this whole document and all our dealings.

We do not and will not sell, rent, lease, trade, swap exchange, barter, distribute or share in any other way any personal information about our users such as name address or email to any third party. Period.

We do not use any third party agency to send our mailings and to further safeguard your privacy all information provided by you to us is kept on limited access computers and is only available to those people who have a need to know and have been bound over by a legally binding agreement non-disclosure agreement.

Mailing Lists

We operate a double optin subscription system for anyone requesting to join one of our lists. On receipt of a request to join a mailing list for any newsletter we will send a message to the email address that has been provided to us. That message will ask the person if they have requested that they be added to the list. Only if they respond positively will that name and email address be added to the subscription list. This ensures that no "jokers" are able to add your name and email address without your knowledge.

Unsubscribe instructions are automatically added to the end of every newsletter sent out by us. There is also a link where subscribers can if they wish amend their profile details (for example they can request that they receive a html copy instead of a plain text copy).

Cookies

InstantRoyalty.com does  use a cookie however this information is very limited and sufficient only to that required to enable us to identify which site referred us to you. We do not track any other information other than the very basic so we properly thank any website owner who referred us to us.

However we are unable to tell what other website you may have previously visited or visit after you leave our site.

We will occasionally publish comments from people who have previously purchased one of our packs for the general information of our visitors.  All of these testimonials are 100% genuine and are agreed in advance by return of at least two emails with the writer. We will never publish information other than first name or initials together with State or Country without full written approval.

InstantRoyalty.com contains links to a large number of other web sites. Although Ron Thomson has personally reviewed every single one of those web sites we can accept no responsibility for any changes to the content of those sites since our last visit. We would ask that if you have visited any of those sites and find material on them that has caused you any type of offence or you have any other concern we would ask that you contact us bad links to let us know. We will then visit the site to review it and if necessary remove it.

Recommend This Site To A Friend Form.

If a reader elects to use our referral form to inform others about the site or any particular page we ask for both your own and your friends name and email address. Our site will then automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit our site and almost immediately that information disappears from our site. We have no way of collecting that information consequently it is not stored in any database and the readers, and their friends, remain completely anonymous to us.
